Archival footage shot by Otto Wolf, a Swiss filmmaker, while visiting Tanzania, Africa, in 1983.

It contains stock footage of Dar Es Salaam, a city on the Indian Ocean coast, at that time a little bigger than a fishing village while today it is one of the largest cities of Africa: people riding a coach, people walking in the street, traffic, and more.
