Archival footage shot by an amateur filmmaker while touring Iran in 1973, when Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi ruled.

It contains stock footage of locations around the country: Amir Kabir Dam in the Central Alborz mountain range, villages inhabited by shepherds and local people going about their daily lives – such as women washing clothes outdoors, children heading to school in their uniforms, and people waiting for buses. Other notable locations captured in the footage include the city of Qom, the Agha Bozorg Mosque in Kashan, and more.
