Archival footage shot by an Italian filmmaker in the 1930s, during the Fascist period.

It contains stock footage of a military exercise, probably held in Istria and run by the Army and the Fascist police (camicie nere, blackshirts – Voluntary Militia for National Security): soldiers preparing the field, blackshirts and soldiers mounting the infrastructure for mounting cannons, soldiers using cannons and bringing bullets to the field, and more.
