Archival footage shot by an amaterur filmmaker while spending his summer holiday on the Black Sea in Romania, probably in 1965.

It contains stock footage of the town of Mamaia: socialist architecture of hotels Aurora, Meridian, Doina, Flora, and Victoria (all still existing but renewed and very different today), views from a room of a hotel, the interior of the restaurant with guests and waiters wearing uniforms, and more.
