Milan (zoo) 1972 archive footage

Archival footage shot in the summer of 1972 by Carlo Casu, an Italian filmmaker who gave the rights to distribute his historical footage.

It contains stock footage of the Milan Zoo that closed in 1992: people walking in front of the entrance in the Public Gardens (today Indro Montanelli Public Gardens), various animals in their cages and enclosures (giraffes, flamingos, seals, elephants, lions, camels, hippos, bears, monkeys, zebras), and more.
