Archival footage shot by Otto Wolf, a Swiss filmmaker, while visiting Europe in 1961.

It contains stock footage of Minsk, a city in today’s Belarus and at that time part of the USSR: the street sign with the name of the city, Lenin Square (today’s Independence Square) and the Government House, Trade Union Palace of Culture, people walking in the street, and more.
