Archival footage shot by a filmmaker probably while shooting a documentary in 1981 and 1982 in East Ukraine, at that time part of the USSR.

It contains stock footage of normal life in towns, mostly in Dergachi, East Ukraine: Dergachi street sign and cars driving in the snow, man doing gasoline a the gas station, the exterior of a market, billoboard showing Lenin’s face and a hammer and sickle symbol, people walking in the streets, Kharkiv State Zoo Veterinary Academy in Kharkiv Oblast, and more.
